ENCOUNTERS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

Most people do not know how to best handle and encounter with a Police Officer, Sheriff or over-zealous rent-a-cop.

Never become agitated. They love to provoke you, then arrest you for being provoked.

Be calm and polite, but observe and question EVERYTHING they try to do to you. Never admit guilt, argue, defend yourself or address an allegation. YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL A COURT AND A JURY SAYS YOU AREN'T SO DON'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ANY ALLEGATION. it is the person detaining, not the detained who must explain themselves.

Then what should you do? - Investigate THEM! Collect EVERY shred of evidence you can from the instant you are detained or investigated. You are going to mount a counter attack so COLLECT EVIDENCE and KEEP RECORDS. Write down anything you can, the times, dates, places, faces, surroundings, clothing, badge numbers, patrol car numbers, etc. Use your cell phone camera or any recording device. Immediately tell them they are being recorded so they can't accuse you of "wiretapping". Get witnesses. Be a witness for anyone you see being detained or abused. Any officer MUST provide some kind of identification. The notes and recordings you make will not only help you win, they may help put a misbehaving officer in prison. Often, whoever knows more facts wins the case. Police LIE all the time. When you have the facts and you can catch the officer lying in court, YOU WIN. When our poilice and prosecutors decided it was allright to lie (it wasn't that long ago) it became necessary for US to police THEM.

Again, in a calm, polite way, ASK THEM, do they have probable cause to detain you? Do they have a complaint against you? From who? What is the complaint? Make a written note of ANY mistake, violation, abuse, misconduct or incompetence on the part of the officers.

TELL THEM YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO BE DETAINED and you wish to leave. Don't stand there and grant them jurisdiction by your silence and compliance. They must either let you go or they must threaten you with force and violence (arrest) to cause you to stay. When they threaten arrest tell them that they put themselves in personal liability for taking your freedom and safety. Tell them you will not resist any threat of force and violence. Tell them you will comply with their threats and commands. Tell them you do not intend to harm them. Tell them to detain or command you they must have cause and must be prepared to defend their actions in court.

ASK THEM if they intend to use force or violence against you if you attempt to leave. If they threaten force or violence they MUST have probable cause or show an immediate safety concern in order to lawfully detain or command you. If they threaten you with force and violence without probable cause you can sue them for their job, their wealth and their liberty. That is why you need to collect evidence and write an account of the whole indcident while it is fresh in your mind.

Police who are protecting our rights deserve our suppport and respect. Police who are trying to seize property and money for government need to be put out of service.

INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE

The IRS is now widely regarded as a rogue agency violating the Constitution daily, operating in fraud with only presumed and false authority, guilty of slave trade by taxing earnings directly, protected by corrupt courts, seizing assets, wealth and property through extortion, racketeering and conspiracy with banks and law enforcement. While the IRS may be the greatest threat to justice that Americans face, it is also running low on credibility to anyone who is roughly familiar with the Constitution. In 1913 the IRS was created and it can just as easily be eliminated. That elimination is long overdue. The IRS does not pass any of it's revenues on for public services, the entire collections of the IRS go to pay interest on debt to private Federal Reserve Banks and World Banks. Our government may not rightfully borrow money from anyone. Our government is supposed to manage currency internally. The IRS is thought by many to be a criminal operation and, if so, that works in the favor of everyone who is asked to participate in the Income Tax. It is time for all of us to investigate and challenge the unlawful actions and claims made by the IRS.

MORTGAGE AND FORECLOSURE FRAUD

Banks and lenders have committed massive fraud, apparently for the purpose of stealing homes with the side effect of destroying families by the millions. It is estimated that 62 million homes (half the homes in the USA) will be subject to some kind of mortgage distress or foreclosure between 2006 and 2014. It cannot be said that this was due to "deadbeat borrowers". This is possibly the largest home seizure event in world history.

In fact, banks are now being sued and challenged by millions of homeowners and the lenders are losing to both borrowers and securities investors who purchased "Mortgage Backed Securities" that the banks sold, knowing them to be totally worthless. This has been a blatant demonstration for anyone who did not want to think that banks are basically evil, and that debt, that thing that banks and government have encouraged us to dive headlong into, is exploitation disguised as an innocent "financial tool". Whether it is your credit card, your mortgage or your government's addiction to spending, debt is slavery.

We hope to have some trusted resources here soon for people who face foreclosure and default on their home mortgages and credit lines. Unfortunately, because the problem is so widespread there are a lot of unscrupulous services, attorneys and agencies scamming foreclosure and credit victims. We want to warn you that may of the "solutions" are worse than the foreclosure itself. This is a bizarre circumstance where fraud is an opportunity for more fraud. Even the lenders themselves swindle their distressed borrowers further with bogus "Loan Modifications" that are nothing but ways top squeeze a few more dollars out of borrowers before foreclosure.

If you are facing a foreclosure do a web search for "foreclosure fraud" and be VERY skeptical. Look for trusted referrals and proof of results before committing any money to anyone. If you are cautious and well-informed however, you will find that, becasue of the rampant fraud by lenders you do have many options at remedy and relief IF you find (not too greedy) trusted experts to help you. UNCONSTITUTIONAL STATUTES

Actually, all statutes themselves are unconstitutional in a sense. Common Law (Constitutional Law) is based on the concept that you may not be encroached upon unless another free person can show that you have caused him injury, loss, damage or infringement of his rights. Statutes create behavioral standards and apply arbitrary penalties against those behaviors even when no one has been harmed. While this can reduce "risks" in society (for instnace by prohibiting the firing of a gun in a public place) it opens an unlimited flood gate of behavioral control and exploitation by the State.

Rightfully, a statute may only be enforced when a complainant has sworn to an injury or when the suspect has knowingly and voluntarily contracted to comply with the statute. In America, the justice system and court systems do not have valid (voluntary) contracts with citizens obligating them to stautory compliance, so to impose force and control, administrators of justice (police, prosecutors and judges) presume and enforce non-existent "contracts" by schemes of fraud, intimidation and pretense.

Citizens are convinced through public "education" and institutional propaganda that free individuals may simply be presumed to be subject to arbitrary statuory constructs. Some people simply cannot believe that statutes are not mandatory dictates from God. Constitutional Law is very different from statuory law. The authority of Constitutional Law is as valid as the existence of the country under that Constitution. Statutory authority in America is much more transient and sketchy, generally requiring a voluntary contract or evidence of injury to another individual before enforcement is lawful.

Even when, for instance, an accused individual knows that he is not subject to statutory presumption, courts and judges will fraudulently "presume" him to have voluntarily contracted to statutory obligation. This presumption is for the convenience and enrichment of the court and judge (yes the judges are paid from court fees and fines and they fund their pensions and benefits the same way). An example of that fraudulent statutory presumption is: "Since you agreed to apply for a driver's license you tacitly agreed to follow all vehicle codes." The fraud in that statement lies in the fact that, first, there was no such contract known to the person applying for the license, and just as important, driver's licenses are enforced in spite of a fundamental human right to travel. In fact, travel is both a necessity and a right, yet travel (driving) is unlawfully "licensed" by force, so application for the driver's license is not voluntary and the requirement to be "licensed" to travel constitutes the unlawful denial of an individual right and necessity by false and presumed (not Constitutional) authority. Requirement of a "license" to use normal modes of travel is unconstitutional. Unfortunately, there is hardly a soul in our corrupt justice system who undrstands that.

Because people must drive to function in life, but we are forced to be "licensed" to do so means that we have not volunteered into statutory subjegation. We are literally damaged by "failure to show license" by corrupt revenue agents (police). To remain unmolested by revenue agents we must purchase and renew "licenses". That coercion means that presumtion of statutory obligation is null. An individual may not be obligated or held to a contract for simply choosing to exercise his rights. Anyone who has ever told you that "driving is a privilege" is a liar and propagandist. You not only have the right to drive (unlicensed) you are further entitled by the fact that you have paid for road construction and maintenance.

Of course, many statutes are blatantly unconstitutional in their wording. At least nine of the original ten Bill of Rights amendments are violated by hundreds or thousands of unlawful statutes. This is because government has created a corrupt little secret advantage for itself. The Supreme Court is currently not permitted to overturn an unconstitutional statute unless it is both uncostitutional AND is shown in litigation to cause and injury to a suing party. So an unconstitutional statute can sit on the books forever, control behavior, foster corruption, contribute to tyranny and poison our freedoms until the Supreme Court affirmatively decides that someone has been injured by that statute. In this criminal scheme the burden of protecting freedom is transfered from government to the person seeking freedom. At huge expense of money and time you must take your case all the way through local courts, apellate courts and to the Supreme Court and you must convince all of them of an injury by that unconstitutional statute before it can be overturned. That seems to be the hope and intention of corrupt officials, to deny your freedom with impossible obstacles. But we have a secret on our side for those who understand it. That criminal system can be smashed at any court level if judges are not corrupt and if plaintiffs and defendants learn to assert their Common Law right to demand a verified complaint (a sworn compaint of injury by a private party, not just a "statutory violation") when confronted with State enforcement of statutes and codes. But you probably need to fight that fight without a lawyer. Attorneys are generally complicit in the court's fraud, sometimes without even knowing it. Lawyers cannot maintain favor with corrupt judges unless they participate in the corruption. Judges personally receive money by taking it from you, and judges currently have the power to take any lawyer's livelihood away by contrived "contempt of court" rulings. So lawyers are lapdogs and servants to judicial corruption. Yes, it is all about the money, court fees and fines, lawyers fees, judges pensions and prison funding corruption. Justice is no longer the driving principle in our "Justice System". Your best protection is reservation of Common Law rights and never allowing any court to apply statutory presumption to you, and to learn enough about the law to defend yourself in Common Law and on Constitutional grounds. If enough of us do that, justice and rights could be restored to our stale and corrupt justice system.

CASH-ONLY HEALTHCARE

Those people who are old enough remember that healthcare was far more affordable, personal and effective before there was any such thing as health insurance and subsidized healthcare. Since our banks and government have encouraged us to live on credit instead of savings we are no longer empowered to pay for catastrophic illness and emergencies so we turn to insurance and institutional systems. Those systems are nothing more than forced savings programs created at a huge cost to society. In any system of centralized managed care, the services become impersonal and imbalanced, healthcare costs skyrocket to pay for all the layers of regulators, management overhead, investor skim-offs and fraud by physicians, clinics, hospitals, insurance companies, patients and even regulators themselves. When people are paying hundreds or thousands of dollars per month in premiums, the overall effect is a huge transfer of wealth and pots of money that invite all kinds of corruption and waste. Perhaps the biggest problem in any prepaid or force-paid system is that the system actually makes more profit by NOT delivering services. It is now the norm to see denied claims, restricted or rationed services, large co-pays and pointless bureaucratic obstacles to service, care and resolutions.

One of the great hopes against the abuises and failures of institutional care is a new movement called "cash-only" medicine. Some clinics and physicians are now refusing to participate in any kind of insurance or government program. You call or walk in, negotiate the fees, get your healthcare, pay, and walk out. In this system your costs of treatment are far lower than through the "managed" pre-paid systems. More importantly, you become the ONLY person that matters to your doctor in regard to your treatment. You tell your healthcare providers what you want and don't want, and that's what you get. You have no institutions telling you or your healthcare providers what you may and may not have.

One way to find a cash-only healthcare provider is to do a web search for "cash-only medicine (your town or state)". More and more cash-only healthcare services are popping up all over.
