NOTICE OF PARENTAL AUTHORITY OVER MEDICAL TREATMENT

There are reports that some agencies are proposing risky vaccination of children without parental consent or disclosure. It then becomes critical to serve notice to your child's school, programs and doctors that you are claiming full and exclusive parental and guardianship rights over healthcare for your child. This document is a parental tour de force, not just claiming parental authority in ALL medical treatments of your children, and requiring full disclosure prior to administration of any medical treatment, but also making notice of major consequences to any party who administers medicine to your child without your written authorization.
VACCINE CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE

This document "accepts" vaccination on the condition that ALL administrators of that vaccine accept that there are risks and accept personal liability for all harm they cause with their vaccine. They will not sign it because they know vaccines are hazardous. When they refuse to sign, that is their admission of risk, and, with that admission, you may rightfully refuse the vaccine. Some employers seem to have the foolish, ignorant and unlawful notion that they have privilege to force vaccination as a condition of employment. This is not only wrong, it is extremely unfair and difficult for employees who wish to protect their health and safety and control their own medical options. Employers who attempt to require medical treatments for their employees should receive a stern demand to cease with notice of major consequences if they fail to do so. The download template above is such a document/notice. It can be very powerful to share this form with fellow employees so that the employer will face major disruption if medical rights are not observed. Oddly, the US government has immunized the vaccine industry from liability for the harm caused by those private corporations. When those regulations were enacted, congress created a public agency (HRSA),(Health Resources & Services Administration under HHS (Health and Human Services). HRSA is intended to compensate vaccine injuries at taxpayer expense whil vaccine companies face no penalty and are, by this program, encouraged to push highly toxic and contaminated treatments at high profit and no risk. This download document published online by the HRSA lists the various vaccines and their known risks for specific injuries, disabilities, illnesses, conditions and deaths along with the time frames for which compensation may be paid to the victim by HRSA.
